That was the sum of all my knowledge, except for my inexplicable worry about Jack being evil but that was conjecture. Although I must admit, I never stopped wondering when ‘Evil Jack’ was going to show!

Jack’s portions of the novel were short and sweet, but they offered a good insight into Libby and into Eve. There are many nights when Libby is woken up because of Jack’s nightmares where he is calling out Eve’s name. Its like you read my mind! These diaries started from when Eve was sixteen years old so Libby starts to get an understanding of who Eve really was and the life she led.
But I can’t say for how long I’ll be in the UK for because I’ve been well and truly bitten by the travel bug I think Koomson balanced it nicely, but it did still make me feel slightly uncomfortable, just through the choices Eve had to make. Frightened by what she finds and the damage it could cause, Libby starts to worry that she too will end up like the first woman Jack loved. I have leant this book to a friend and although she as never read any of Dorothy Koomson I would have preferred if she had read one of her other more stronger books – such as ‘Best Friends girl’It’s not that I disliked this book but I did find the plot a bit weak.

I thought that was an excellent way to read the book, though, as because Dorothy’s books are so mysterious and can turn on a dime, it’s best to start reading her novels without knowing any major plot points; it just works better. The prologue confirms that things might not be exactly what they seem. Wow, amazing blog layout! I loved it as much and a little bit more than The Rose Petal Beach. O que tem o seu passado a ver com tal? Kokmson by Dorothy Koomson. I thought the book managed to keep its pace really well. I thought the way DK brings Eve into the rhe time was very clever.
Both Libby and Eve were warm, sympathetic and feisty characters and I grew to care for them both. Her live, how she lived it, was compulsive reading. Koomson has written loveed very good book with strong caracters and although I could understand them very well I do not agree altogether with the way they choose to live dorothh lives. Libby and her front-line honesty and Jacks perplexing moments when Libby would vocally hit him with a whammy!
