The law lays down the right of workers to confidentiality of their personal health records.

OSH legislation applies also to non-dependent workers whenever it is compatible with the nature of their tasks. This training shall be provided by the employer or through specialized agencies in the field, according to the specifications of the 2327-89.
Employers shall adopt all the necessary measures to ensure workers the adequate safety and health and the appropriate working conditions.
