Without drugs, and with just normal genetics, mcfobert built 45 pounds of muscle, transformed his physique, and deadlifted pounds for a set of 20 reps. Not to mention it’s pretty repetitive. If you want to learn to play the piano, for example, practice correctly, and then practice some more. I’ve read the book, and found it to be informative.

I feel it is the best book written for us 35 plus people with other responsibilities like real day jobs and thus cannot live in the gym day after day week after week.
