Even though this book was written so long ago, some truths remain. With portraits aln Mexico’s top leaders, about a nation whose stability is vital to our national well-being.

If you want to understand Vfcinos culture and live within, Distant Neighbors is an introduction to understand As Mexican I’m fascinated the way Riding captured the Mexican essence from an American view. However, I found his writing style redundant and frustrating.
